Meet Entries and can be made by completing an entries envelop and placing it in the nominations box in the equipment area at the TGS Aquatic Centre. Alternative you can email your entries to nominations secretary. You can find a nomination form here if you would like to complete the nomination via email.
Entry fees must be paid before entries will be made by the secretary. Fees can be paid by cash or cheque left in the nominations box, please clearly write the swimmers name and the event. Fees can also be paid by direct deposit into the Academy Swim Club account. Heritage BSB: 638070 Account Number: 9629084. If you choose this method please write the event name in the reference area and your surname in the appropriate area. You will also be required to record the reference number of this transaction in an email to the nominations secretary.
Entries will be posted here as soon as they become available. PLEASE check your entries and contact the nominations secretary if there is a problem, so it can be resolved.
